Installer fails if there is a previous LVM partition layout #1260

When installing Clear Linux Server, the clr-installer fails creating the new partition layout if there is a existing LVM partition with LVM volumes.
Manually remove the lv, vg, pv and lvm partition and restarting the installer solves this.
