Invalid timestamp issue (hour=24) #275

Weird timestamp with hour set to 24, which is invalid and fails pydantic validation
downloaded-logs-20241220-144421.json

I'm just going to change the timestamp and re-run it as "2024-07-31 23:38:22" instead of "2024-07-31 24:38:22"

Needs to be fixed for 20240730 RCV release as well
