Currently, there is no way to pull packages from feeds that require nuget to be authenticated.

Thank you for your interest in the Buildpack. Currently, this functionality is not in our immediate scope but this will be discussed, thanks!

@macsux - We're working on prioritizing items in the backlog. Moving to the icebox for now.
