Initial release of the BaitFisher package

The BaitFisher package consists of two programs: BaitFisher and BaitFilter
Release v1.0 contains:
BaitFisher version 1.2.7
BaitFilter version 1.0.5

Added September 2017:
This release is outdated. A new release will be published soon.
The sources will be changed in the next few days.

The code is now updated. As soon as the manual is ready I create a new release.
At the moment I recommend to download the current working version, not this release.
