Prepare baseline training for DeepTau@HLT for Phase 2 #16

Adapt TauTupleProducer to run on RAW inputs
Produce big root-tuples and training tuples using the same procedure as for DeepTau v2
Run DeepTau v2 training with minimal modifications:
- Remove inputs from pat::Electron and pat::Muon
- Remove high-level features that are not available at HLT
- Reduce network size if needed (?)
Compare training performance with the cut-based approach.
