Feedback from @LLFourn on #9:
Add documentation which explains in details choices to derive wallet addresses/keys.

Proposal is to put all the derivation into one file (if possible).
This would make the documentation easier as it would put it into one place.

#14 is also likely to warrant more explanations.

Yes when things are settled it would be nice to have a comment at the top of the wallet explaining the overall approach and choices.
