I think we can actually just use the web form here: https://ebt-link.illinois.gov/ilebtclient/login.recip (Card Number field) and then we don't even have to call.

But if we want to call, 1-800-678-5465

  1. Wait 2
  2. Press 1
  3. Enter 16 or 19 digit LINK card #
  4. ??? (need EBT card # to try)

OK - Illinois DHS is on board. IDHS is going to set us up with a test environment where we can then get multiple EBT numbers.

They said it would take a week to get that to us.
