timereport "holidays" shows wrong dates

For example looking at 2022-01-06 it is reported in timereport as a regular day.
It is however an holiday and should be reported as RED and not count towards the "summary" in the UI.
The data for this is fetched from antal.arbetsdagar and can be found in AWS in our s3 bucket.
