Investigate Grafana Setup Via Config

Issue:
Currently setup is done via manual edit in the GUI. This is an issue in this project as it slows down deployment and there is currently not an example panel to follow in a new setup.

Task:
Look for a way to create a default dashboard config that handles all the Supernanny components so that on deployment that can used. Any implantation specific changes can then be saved and backed up in case of the need for replication in the future.
