Run now option

Thanks for this very useful add-on. It would be great if there was a "run now" option.

It's a shit work around, but you could just make it run every 2 minutes as a test then as soon as it runs change the schedule.

Also, it would be great if there was a "run never" option. In other words, disable an existing schedule.
