allow less frequent emails

Instead of X docs per day I would like to reduce the frequency of the mails to one mail every 3 days or once a week. (else I would ignore them most times)

I did something like this with codetriage, basically it sends you an email if you clicked on yesterdays, but then after that goes to every other day model, then once every other week, etc.

I'm still working on bugs with that, so it will probably be awhile till it's ported to docs_doctor. I'm also debating potentially merging the two projects, however i've not worked out a sane way how that could work.

+1 on email configs and also merging, though I don't know codebase well enough to give any remarks on merging.
