Generating topics from Article content

Hey all.

Idea

Wondering what the thoughts on trying to auto generate from tag suggestions based on the article content.

For example the following article

would give something like the following

Why I think this is useful

1. Means we probably get more people using the topics as its single click
2. Means Topics would be more uniform ie instead of misspellings we would also get JavaScript and not JavaSrapt etc

How can we do this?

Not sure. Tokenising the article, pulling out most used words and seeing if any are equal to topics or contained within topics might be a start. I have done from brief research and it seems very doable from examples like here https://dev.to/slowmove/generate-tag-suggestions-from-a-text-3914
