Bundled libraries

I just found this and it looks awesome. My use case is scripts that might be used in internet-less environments, like at boot or in Nix builds or when I'm diffing packet captures after switching ISPs and my internet suddenly stops working. It seems like Ammonite is batteries included so consider my checkboxes checked.

I had two questions though,

1. Is there a way to import the builtins so that the bundled version is always used? I couldn't tell 100% from the main site documentation, but the examples show a versioned import and I assume Ammonite goes to the internet if the version doesn't match what's bundled?
2. Is there a way to disable internet access (well, by the runtime at least - namely imports) while running? I'd like to ensure while testing my scripts that they don't accidentally try to import something.
3. Bonus question - is there a list of bundled libraries and their versions somewhere? It sounds like a command line parser and testing library might also be available, but I only found out through other issues.
