Thank you for preparing this useful script, may I ask where could find the example input files for reproidcuing the Ribbon Diagrams you presented in the manual page?

Such as those ones:
proteins: "/path/to/BFI.pep"
chrom: "/path/to/BFI.chrom"
genome: "/path/to/BFI.fasta"
proteins: "/path/to/HCA.pep"
chrom: "/path/to/HCA.chrom"
genome: "/path/to/HCA.fasta"

I don't have any examples for that at the moment, unfortunately! I was working on it but got stuck with some unittest issues. Will try again soon. microsoft/vscode-python#22940
