[Bug] Unable to view certain mammogram dicoms

Describe the Bug

Unable to view certain mammogram dicom images such as this one, it just shows up empty, with NaN zoom
1.2.124.113540.0.20061017235.3.3118.zip

Steps to Reproduce

1. load the images into viewer
2. Images doesn't load up properly in viewer even though the thumbnails are obtainable and displayable

The current behavior

Specific mammogram images can't be displayed, with no error logs in console

Able to get thumbnails with retrieveInstanceThumbnail from dicomweb-client, but main view is still facing the same issue

The expected behavior

Can display those mammogram images as well
