Blank Tab #27
Comments
Hey! Are you still having this problem? If so, could you provide a list of all the steps that you took to get to that point? Thanks! |
@amarcozzi Could you open the developer tools console with F12 and copy everything that appears there please? |
I'm not sure what happened, but I came back to my computer a couple of hours later, and the addon worked! Thanks for your help anyways, and here's the contents tab of the console with the addon working if it helps you at all. Let me know if there's any other information you need from me – maybe it can help someone else. |
@corollari Interestingly, the problem has come up again. I didn't change anything as far as I can tell, but the blank card on a new tab issue is back. The following screenshot shows my Chrome screen with the developer console on the left, and my Anki screen on the monitor to the right. Let me know if there's anything else I can provide you with! |
Seems like it's a problem related to ankiConnect but I'm afraid that I can't really help much (tried again to reproduce it locally but failed). If somehow you find a pattern that increases the chance of this type of error popping up please let me know. |
Anki: 2.1
Operating system: Mac os
Hi! I hope this is the right place to say this. I recently downloaded this add-on alongside ankiconnect. I followed the instructions.
However, my new tabs are staying blank without showing any of my cards.
