Transcription through OpenAI API and Faster Whisper Server

Hi,

Promising project! I already have Ollama and a Whisper API endpoint running through faster-whisper-server. It would be great to be able to use it so this application can be run on a smaller machine. That would also enable people to use OpenAI's Whisper API.
