Ropsten API seems to produce 403 Bad Response? #110

I'm not for sure exactly... I'm trying to work it out.. thank you for your
help in advance. I'll see what I can figure out with it.

hello I meet the same problem error 403. Essentially Etherscan is blocking requests that don't provide a User-agent so add a User-agent header property if using the Python requests module. ----https://stackoverflow.com/questions/52343308/how-to-run-shell-script-file-on-ipython-at-google-colabthat might help you.
