Switch back to use hashicorp/memberlist once https://github.com/hashicorp/memberlist/pull/260 is merged

We switched to use grafana/memberlist in #4671 to allow gossiping large message. @pracucci is contributing the fix back to hashicorp in hashicorp/memberlist#260.

We should switch back to hashicorp's memberlist when @pracucci's PR is merged, so that we continue to get the greatest and latest changes for memberlist.
