ComplexTranslationText 添加扩展方法的能力

提供一组内置扩展方法
提供对用户自定义扩展方法的支持
提供对用户自定义扩展方法组的支持
提供对扩展方法的别名的支持 ^*

本能力主要为诸如货币切换（涉及汇率）等功能提供支持，适用于复杂 i18n 情况
