Seattle Biomedical Research Institute: April 2011 - Present- Rolled out RVM and Puppet for all CentOS 5 and Ubuntu hosts, enabling us to upgrade to the latest version of Puppet.
- Maintained repository of Puppet manifests.
- Implemented logstash, graylog2, and elasticsearch for logging infrastructure.
- Deployed mcollective for control of entire fleet of UNIX machines.
- Overhauled monitoring infrastructure with Opsview and automatic Puppet registration with Opsview via the Opsview REST API, as well as with collectd and graphite, for plotting system stats.
