Since the basic mode of operation (checking if there is relevant coverage) is supposed to be integrated into the Teamscale JaCoCo agent itself (see cqse/teamscale-jacoco-agent#49), we don't really need a GUI for that anymore.

This would of course make issues #1 and #2 obsolete, since those are purely GUI-related.
