Allow direct triggering of internal controller actions

Now I do know this plugin is called Webhooks but it would be incredibly useful to be able to use pretty much the exact same plugin but also being able to directly trigger controller actions for other plugins, modules etc. that you don't want to publicly expose.

Maybe adding the functionality and simply renaming it to just Hooks? 😇
