ppc64le bundle generation

I've tried it to see how far I could go, and it turns out snc almost works fine on ppc64le. Issues I had:

• missing ppc64le build for quay.io/crcont/hostpath-csi-driver
  • I disabled the call to create_pvs to avoid the issue
  • when it's built in the same way as the other container images, this will be resolved
• missing ppc64le build for gvisor-tap-vsock
  • I used https://quay.io/repository/teuf/gvisor-tap-vsock?tab=tags&tag=latest which has a ppc64le build
• some minor issue with virsh shutdown, I had to run virsh destroy manually to be abe to move forward when createdisk.sh wants to shut down the VM

One important note, qemu-kvm is not available in rhel9. I ran this test on rhel8.

I don't think they have plans to add it, I'd consider it deprecated.
