After a MSI installation on a fresh Windows install, crc setup needs to be run twice, crc setup, reboot, crc setup.
After the second reboot, the tray is started, but crc daemon cannot successfully be run yet, as crc setup needs to be re-run to finalize the setup. Only after this has been done will crc daemon run successfully.
At the moment, the tray pops up messages boxes with an error messages on startup, and every 30 seconds or so. When the daemon cannot be started/reached, it would probably be best to display a notification once (or never?) to indicate that the tray is not functional yet, and that crc setup needs to be run. When in this state, the tray should be grayed out, and all menu entries disabled.
