Feature request: Low battery warning notification

A problem i've noticed is that sometimes when im using fullscreen apps, running low on battery and can't see the battery percentage/icon i forget to connect the charger. In that case it would be nice to have a notification popup saying something like "Battery charge low X % left, the phone will shutdown in X minutes"
