[Change Request] Support for GIF animations

Add the possibility to make Autodarts more arcadey by showing gif images during in-game events. Similar to Bowling and animations shown after throwing.

In the Settings you should be able to specify a gif image and for which event it should be displayed.

Example 1
Event: [scoring]
Score: [180]
Gif URL: [https://tenor.com/view/rapid-darts-darts-ricky-evens-gif-15850526]

Example 2
Event: [leg-winning]
Score: [n/a]
Gif URL: [https://tenor.com/view/darts-niner-there-gif-20184850]

In game, show the gif image in full screen. The gif should popup on the screen as soon as the event occur.
