Hi, i get an error like this

In Filesystem.php line 393:

Failed to create "symbolic" link from "C:\xampp\htdocs\cscart\belize_bank\app\addons\testing" to "C:\xampp\htdocs\cscart\app\addons\testing".

can you help me to solve this?

You could try running it from the command prompt that runs as administrator.
