no FLTK Plugin opcodes for Cs7

according to csound/csound#1616, chances are big that the Plugins opcodes repo of Csound7 will not support FLTK.
This has implications, if true, for the manual pages.

• That puts finishing this Midi file higher on the agenda as i think this is the fastest way to show the midi in facility and those opcodes concerned out-of-the-box.
• As well as deprecate the 30+ FLTK manual pages
• remove the VK https://csound.com/manual/MidiTop.html#MidiVirtual information?

Csound 6 does not include FLTK either.

It's a plugin library.
