autocomplete for tags

Add autocomplete for the tag plugin ;)

Was planed, but not done so far because there was no easy way to have an simple output with just the tags, without the template.Even if there is some possibilities for ajax, but there is so much overhead.

I currently consider that rather as annoying instead of helpful, since when you type e.g. "n" you would see 10 options popup.

Why not? :-) In my oppinion this would be a nice feature that might also help to have to many tags and reuse them. I don't know if somebody by now found a way to have just a json outputted, if this is the case I would implement it as this is my ticket ...

I will program a switch to only print JSON, give me 1-2 weeks max., since there are currently more important things to dev.
