What framework do we plan on building?
Please write sugestions. Each sugestion should have a SWOT analysis discussing the framework's streangths, weeknesses, opertunities, and threats in relation to the site.

Jekyll
This is the standard option for most GitHub pages but according to @dylanhart, the local development environment is difficult to configure.
Strengths: style and layout templates, sufficient documentation, GitHub support
Weaknesses: Minimal dynamic content, poor local developer setup experience
Opportunities: SEO isn't too bad for blogs as the pages are statically generated
Threats: The difficulty for local setup may make long-term support of the site wane as current members graduate
