Agenda additions for 2024?

We are looking for talks, presentations, discussion topics and similar for the curl up 2024 agenda!

I am willing to present what we did change in curl's intestines over the last 1.5 years.

• connection filters
• client readers/writers
• measurements in HTTP performance development

Could easily split that into two parts, if that suits.

If you think splitting it in two makes sense then I think that is better as then we can switch around presentations a little easier/more. What would you call your two sessions and how long time do you think you would need for them?

Session1: "Curl's Connection Filters, Why and How?", 30-45min?

"Networks are evolving and so must Curl. How we added HTTP/2 proxying in and prepare for future protocol X over protocol Y additions."

Session2: "Curl's HTTP/1/2/3 Performance", 30-45min?

"It has to be fast. And safe. But also fast. We like fast transfers. Did we mention that? Since all benchmarks lie anyway, this talk will delve into some of our not-representative measurements, comparing the different HTTP versions, and shine a light on the improvements in the area of HTTP/2 we did in recent versions."

Length can be adjusted for both.

I updated the 2024 wiki page with them. Generally I think we can just go with the longer times when planning, as it is easier to handle people cutting talks short than the opposite.

Maybe 20 minutes for the Test Clutch one and 30 minutes for the parallel testing one. I don't want to bore everyone...

I could give a 20 min talk about how we switched from compile time to a run time detection of curl library features. Do you think that could be interesting?
