Enhancement: Compatibility with VS 2017

It could be great if this extension could be compatible with Visual Studio 2017.

Oh man, I have a major update for this with labels, filtering, a settings page and external diff tool support.
I'm planning on submitting it to the marketplace eventually, but I could just put a build here if you're feeling adventurous.
