Hi, I just added more details about dataset preparation (https://github.com/cvg/depthsplat/blob/main/DATASETS.md) and after that, you can try to train and/or evaluate the model with the scripts here: https://github.com/cvg/depthsplat/tree/main/scripts

To chime into the discussion, it would be nice to have an easy-to-use end-to-end workflow for custom datasets (i.e. it would be possible to use the repo without the need to understand/modify the various train/eval scripts).

thanks, I"m also blocked at the moment, maybe this colab can serve as a starting point, still a draft : remaining issues are getting the data in the right format , and also trying to import / process referenced datasets
