Use rdflib to generate serializations instead of Raptor, this may lessen amount of steps required to create the final rdf and resulting webpages. And make it easier to provide alternative serializations. Raptor library is also a nuisance to get installed properly on new machines sometimes.

Relates to issue: #471

  • Review flow of makefile
  • alternative ways to create .counts and .unique
  • review creation of $(ONTOLOGY_W_DATE).tmp2
  • create simplified python script that provides serializations or modify docgen.py to also generate serializations [Not preferred]
