Ampersands in profile names do not display in Profile Toolbar

Describe the bug
When a profile name includes an ampersand, the ampersand will be missing in the Profile Toolbar.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable the Profile Toolbar
2. Create a profile name with an ampersand, such as "My B&W Scanner"
3. Notice that the ampersand is missing from the Profile Toolbar

Expected behavior
Ampersand not missing.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11
• Version: 7.5.2.0

Additional context
This is likely due to the toolbar in Windows interpreting the ampersand as a control character, as this bug is not present in Linux.
