Add a README file to the download zip.

The file should contain the following information:

  • The permalink for the network
  • A short description of the web app and what it provides
  • How to cite iRegulon
  • Instructions on how to import the data into iRegulon desktop (Cytoscape app)--see the IRF.gz file created by the Cytoscape app when saving the app results:
    iregulon-app-save
