Needs custom optimization settings

Unless I missed something, some of the optimization settings don't seem to work for the animation setups on my avatar. I'd like to be able to merge some of the animator layers but not all of them.

The optimizer is already very conservative with what it detects as merge able layers in the animator. If you can provide a simple reproduction I can add whatever is breaking it to the list of things not to touch.
