Security Profile settings form enhancement

Depends on issue #18

1. Add a dropdown of Security Profile settings pulled from the plugin system to the settings form above the path table
2. Add a button called "Evaluate Security Profile" next to the dropdown
3. Clicking the button returns via a modal window, the paths within the site that are defined in the profile but are not yet secured on the site.
4. The modal window will be it's own form that allows the site administrator to select one or more (with a "Select All" or "Select None" feature) and a "Save" button, which sets the specific defined paths as secure
