The core goals of 2.3.9 are to get CLI mode (see #1853) working for the standard plane (notcurses-info ought work everywhere), and to rigourize the input layer, so that we can reliably process control sequences while in rendered mode.

  • and subbug reacquire cursor location following init banners #1880
• take advantage of kitty 0.20.0 animation protocol #1439
• ncplane_cursor_yx() gives bogon results for scrolling plane #1649
• load and display kitty graphics in different steps #1865
• rigourize input layer #1692
