Data goes out into a file "all.pkl" which is a tuple with the following
contents:
all[0] = The corrected (elastic peak, etc. etc.) experimental scattering which
you are fitting.
all[1] = A list of the values of 1 + C_ms used.
all[2] = A list of lists -- for every C_ms that you try, all the calculated
data is stored here.
all[3] = The LSQ penalty from comparing the calculated scattering to the
experimental scattering.
all[4] = The LSQ penalty associated with something. Presumably it's
looking at the noise after the 1-phonon cutoff, and making sure
that it oscillates about the fit. However, there appears to be
some other fudgery going on, and I no longer remember what or
why. ***To be addressed at a later date.
all[5] = The LSQ penalty associated with the slopes out past the 1-phonon
cutoff.
all[6] = The average of the 3 aforementioned LSQ penalties.
In the ith (i just picks out a C_ms) element of all[2], we have:
all[2][i][0] Is the 1-N phonon calculated scattering, in a numpy array.
So, for example, all[2][i][0][3] is the 3-phonon (1+C_ms)
times the 3-phonon multiphon scattering. Where the value
of C_ms is determined by i (it's all[1][i]).
all[2][i][1] Is the density of states for 1 + C_ms = all[1][i], in a
"densityOfStates" object.
all[2][i][2] Is the value of 1 + C_ms, same as all[1][i]
If the source code *.py that comes in "src" is located in "/my/multiphonon/src"
and the output is in "/my/multiphonon/tmp"
>>> import sys
>>> sys.path.append('/my/multiphonon/src')
>>> import cPickle as cp
>>> all = cp.load(open("/my/multiphonon/tmp/all.pkl",'r'))
>>>
