Polkadot JS related Change

Remove polkadot js wallet option if accessed from iframe and not installed, because it was an issue from polkadot js, where they doesn't inject injectedWeb3 into iframe Issue with Polkadot.js Extension Integration for DApp Inside Iframe polkadot-js/extension#1274

Add new event isUpdatingConfig that have value 'true' or 'false' which will be given from grill when you call setConfig. Grill will fire that event with 'true' before its navigating to new page, and will fire event again with value 'false' after its done navigating
Rename event listener adder and remover function to be more generic, because now its not just for unreads event
