Describe the bug
I am having the same bug as described in #435

I am running dappnode on the newest version, I've also checked the lvm.sh file as described here:
#435 (comment)

It gives me the error on the disk with the dappnode installed, as well as on the newly connected disk, where the clients later should be saved on.

To Reproduce

  1. Setup dappnode
  2. Try to System / Hardware / Expand Disk > Automatic OR Manual expansion (both don't work) > Get Storage Devices > Get Default Values ... errror

I should be able to use the connected harddisk.
