Depends on dappnode/DNP_DAPPMANAGER#1607

Once we rely on docker native DNS resolution so the bind container will already know about which container has which IP, the functionality that updates the IP tables for container names is not needed anymore. Do the following:

  • Remove the functionality that updates IP tables for docker containers.
