Implement a switch in order to bypass optional dependencies restriction when installing a package.

Yes.. Chicken and egg?

DAppNode Package is not compatible: Could not find compatible state. Packages nethermind.public.dappnode.eth request incompatible versions of nimbus.dnp.dappnode.eth. Checked 1/1 possible states.
