This is a bit tricky, as the best way to be sure about that is to do tests, lot of tests, and re-check if those fast-loading recipes are still valid at each major browser release.

Having reliable test is not so easy, as we need a very wide panel of platforms, both on servers, speed-throttle, and final browsers. And as usual, Safari is painful for everyone, costly to test.
