Advanced search (or: search from transactions table)

On our call with Marjorie today, we noticed that we often want to drill deeper into searches and tables. One particular example was on the Transactions table for Lobbyist detail views, which are often huge: we wanted to fuzzy search for a particular contributor (in this case, "Axcess Financial Services") to help sort through those contributions. It'd be cool to be able to do that search on the same page.
