I tried running this all of yesterday (10th June 2024). However, I ran into issues reproducing the notebook.

@SahitiSarva Thanks for raising this issue. While the notebooks used in the Türkiye Earthquake Impact had a certain level of reproducibility in mind, the premise now is being put to the test.

Ensure you have the correct dependencies by using the notebooks/conda-lock.yml. The best way to handle common errors would probably be to migrate out of the notebook in favor of a package, i.e., Mobilyze.

@SahitiSarva I'm setting a target date to June 14th. Would that work for this assignment?

@g4brielvs -- Yes, I should be able to rerun it by tomorrow

@msoltadeo -- please use the conda-lock.yml file mentioned in this thread.

@SahitiSarva where you able to use the conda-lock.yml on sagemaker? Or did you use it locally?

I reinstalled the packages based on the version number mentioned on the conda-lock/yml file
