New Atoc extension and Sunya theme

Hi all, as suggested I have made an Advanced Table of Contents extension. Its features:

• You can configure how many heading levels should be included in tables of contents.
• You can choose whether tables of contents should be numbered or bulleted lists. (Numbered lists are marked up as <ol> and bulleted as <ul>.)
• The list style can be customized with CSS.

Soon I hope to improve the plugin so that nested lists are marked up appropriately, and so settings can be configured per post.

I have also made my first theme, Sunya. It is based on @schulle4u's excellent theme Wittstock with some modifications. It uses Water.css, but it is easy to edit the CSS to use whichever classless CSS theme you would like.

It includes custom styling for some Yellow extensions; in the future I hope to add more.
