Selecting a Note shows which items it is paired to

During the presentation phase of a Retro, Notes are paired with 0-* Items. We see which notes are paired to each item as it is presented as the paired notes' "Paired Count" renders green, while unpaired note counts render black. Once presentation has ended the user should be able to select a note by clicking on it, and see which items are paired to it. Maybe drop the opacity of items not paired to it to make those paired items stand out.
